In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "11x777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 11x777 online gaming platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating under the international gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 11x777 platform in any capacity.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, director, or officer of 11x777 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 11x777 or banned from the platform for any reason, unless the exclusion or ban has formally expired and been lifted by the 11x777 compliance team.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 11x777. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11x777 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 11x777 of unauthorised access.
• 11x777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including during withdrawal requests or in response to unusual account activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable dormancy fees, are described in the 11x777 cashier terms.

11x777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification by submitting a valid CNIC and proof of their registered payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are processed within five minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day. USDT withdrawals are processed within one hour subject to blockchain confirmation times.

11x777 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all 11x777 bonuses:

• Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts will result in suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the allotted time will expire and be removed from your account without replacement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 11x777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using 11x777 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer, or other multi-player formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical glitch, or pricing error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage, including intentional exploitation of erroneous odds.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating or operating more than one player account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 11x777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 11x777 content or software without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11x777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical failure.

11x777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 11x777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11x777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• Determination that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a player self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so, including instructions from the licensing authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to player breach of these Terms, 11x777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account. Where closure is for any other reason, any eligible real money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of withdrawal procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their 11x777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed and paid to the player's registered payment method.
